Is there anyone pressuring you to make your LPAs, or telling you who to appoint as your attorneys? In particular:
- is anyone doing or saying anything that makes you feel uncomfortable; or
- is there anyone who is an attorney, or connected to an attorney, encouraging you to put that attorney's interests before your own.
If you are in any way in doubt, say "no".
